Big News, Pontypool - We’ve Got Planning Permission!

We’ve been bursting to share that Torfaen County Borough Council has officially approved our plans for 71 Broad Street!

That’s right, Botanic Possessions is growing into something truly special. We’re transforming our little corner of Pontypool, Wales, into a floristry studio, art gallery, and creative

community space for local artists and makers.

A Fresh New Look for Our Floristry Studio

The builders are rolling up their sleeves and getting started at the beginning of November. Expect a full makeover - rewiring, re-plastering, painting, and a completely new layout that’ll make you fall in love with flowers all over again.

Our flower shop in Pontypool is getting a total refresh with bespoke fittings to highlight our floral creations. We’re also updating the frontage with heritage-style windows, perfectly in tune with the town’s unique charm.

We want Botanic Possessions to feel like the creative heart of Pontypool - a space that smells amazing, looks stunning, and sparks inspiration every time you visit.

Upstairs: A New Art Gallery

It’s not just about flowers (though we’ll always love them). Upstairs, we’re creating a brand-new art gallery in Pontypool, plus affordable artists’ studios for local creatives.

Our art gallery will showcase local talent, from painters and sculptors to illustrators and photographers - giving them a platform to shine right here in South Wales.

We’ll also have studio spaces to rent and a dedicated workshop area, perfect for artists and makers to run creative sessions and connect with the community.
